Mail In Your Membership Declarations
The Canadian Nationalist Party is in the process of registering as a federal political party with Elections Canada. In order to do so, the party must have at least 250 confirmed members. In this post, we will show how you can help register the CNP.
If you have already mailed in a declaration prior to July 21st, you will need to mail in another as we are submitting an entirely new registration application.
If you are in favour of having a nationalist political narrative in Canada, we ask you to help us attain federal registration. It is acceptable to sign a declaration if you are already a member of an existing party. However, you must be a Canadian citizen of at least 18 years of age.
Here are 3 steps you can take to help us attain registration:
1. Read Our Party Policies
In order to ensure that you are in alignment with our party values and policies, we first ask that you read our party policies and constitution. We only accept members into our party who are in general agreement with our political platform.
2. Sign & Mail Your Declaration
Only original, physical copies of a declaration are accepted.
Print off and sign the membership declaration.
You may print off additional declarations for those in your network who would be interested.
Be sure to write your email and phone number at the bottom of the form, while your date of birth should be listed at the bottom as well. If these instructions are unclear, here is an example form.
Mail your declaration to:
1 Yonge Street,
We will call you to confirm that we have received your declaration.
3. Confirm Your Membership
Once we have sent your declaration in to Elections Canada, they will mail you a confirmation letter. Please sign this confirmation letter and mail it back to Elections Canada using the provided envelope and stamp.
Once you have confirmed your declaration and mailed it back to Elections Canada, please notify us by calling +1 (888) 505 – 9956. It is important for us to keep track of exactly how many declarations have been confirmed by our members. If you have mailed in a declaration but not received a confirmation letter after we have sent it in to Elections Canada, please notify us.
We will wait until we accumulate 500 declarations before we send in the registration application. We will notify our members when we have sent in the application.
If you have any further questions please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone us (+1 (888) 505 – 9956).
