Fellow Canadian,
The Government of Canada has illegally deprived our nation of its right to electoral democracy by failing to honour the agreement underlying our original application giving the Canadian Nationalist Party the status of registered party.
As part of our application to register as a political entity, Elections Canada has stated that we “have the right to access our personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act“.
This includes the right to a judicial review as described by section 41 of that Act where access to the information used to de-register the Canadian Nationalist Party has been refused.
It has become apparent that this administration is mobilized against citizens advocating their nationality. If this were not so, we would at least be afforded a judicial review when the information is used to impersonate the Canadian Nationalist Party during a federal election in violation of section 402.2(2) of the Criminal Code.
Therefore, our effort is in furtherance of reinstating the Canadian Nationalist Party as a registered entity.
We reserve our section 11(a) Charter right to be informed of the specifics which led to the arrest and imprisonment of our leader, Travis Patron, and subsequently, the Party’s de-registration.
This is a public affair that requires access to public property. We will not be trespassed from public property without reasonable grounds (something of greater weight than the commission of elections fraud as defined by section 380 of the Criminal Code).
In order to become a member, each person must declare using the following Elections Canada form. If you support Canadian nationalism, please print and hand-sign this form, then send it to the Canadian Nationalist Party either by email or by Canada Post:
