We reserve our right to have the validity of our imprisonment in Regina’s custody determined by habeas corpus, and where it is found to be illegal, a finding of fault under section 3 of the Charter where our right to stand for election to the House was interfered with by foreign entities for the purpose of transitioning us into the world’s first post-national country.

[Ep. #14] Inpersonam Jurisdiction

In the absence of a fair and public hearing (as provided by section 11(d) of the Charter), the Province of Saskatchewan has forfeit inpersonam jurisdiction over the Canadian Nationalist Party (Information #991149331).

Definition:

inpersonam jurisdiction – the power of a court to exert Force over a person’s body or members thereof (in contrast to the court’s power over the person’s property interests).

On January 26th, 2021, Deputy Attorney General of Saskatchewan Glen Gardner consented to proceed against the Canadian Nationalist Party under information #991149331. Since then, our application for access to this information has been neglected. Therefore, the Province of Saskatchewan has forfeight inpersonam jurisdiction over the Canadian Nationalist Party and cannot regain it until this information is made public in accordance with section 11(d) of the Charter.
