The 44th Federal Election (September 20th, 2021) was held in the absence of the Canadian Nationalist Party. We reserve our right to have the validity of our imprisonment in Regina’s custody determined by habeas corpus, and where it is found to be illegal, a finding of fault under section 3 of the Charter where our right to stand for election to the House was interfered with by foreign entities for the purpose of transitioning us into the world’s first post-national country.
As Legion branches shutter to a close, Royal Canadian Mounted Police have again charged Party Leader Travis Patron with alleged hate speech under section 319 of the Criminal Code.
Transitioning Canada into the “world’s first post-national country” is being done by neglecting domestic capital in favour of foreign companies who deal in the personal data of our citizens.
Yesterday, Regina Police Service (RPS) laid charges against Travis Patron alleging “simple assault” was committed last month in contravention of section 266 of the Criminal Code. His first appearance is scheduled for May 7th in the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan.
